KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Guest Experience Expert
Learn, know and follow the customer journey from booking through checkout and follow up.
Appropriate communication and prioritization of guest experience at all times.
Train in and learn our guest care systems for booking to new guest inquiries.
Learn and execute the art of service retention strategies.
Answering phones, checking DM’s, Jotforms, Booking Appointments, checking out guests.
Technical Service
We are a full service hair salon and offer as a courtesy facial waxing and brow tinting.
Stylists are expected to learn and offer haircuts, colors, treatments (smoothing and re-texturizing) on all hair lengths and textures, including brow waxing and tinting.
When a stylist reaches scaling KPIs, they then have the opportunity to specialize in any area they choose, ie: blonding, vivids, grey coverage.
We do not offer nails or skin care.
Continuing Education
A commitment to pursue continual growth through annual educational opportunities in salon and beyond. It is a major plus if you want to share those opportunities with the team.
Stylist have the option to receive advanced color mastery and formulation education in-salon. Chic Geek Certified but it is HIGHLY recommended to seek education external to the salon both in person and online.
Marketing
Stylists are expected to take part in their marketing efforts for new ideal guests.
Weekly follow up texts with all guests. Via Quo (in salon app iPad, Salon iPhone)
Home-care | Maintenance | customized solutions for all guests via Rx Card/Consultation
Responsible for generating 3 pieces of media for content.
Answering Phones | Jot Forms | DMs | Schudueling Appointments
Salon Cleanliness
Stylists are expected to maintain the overall cleanliness and sanitation of the salon at all times.
Maintaining a neat station, cleaning up as you go and in between each guest. Helping others when necessary.
Thoroughly cleaning color bowls, brushes and bottles. Helping to maintain salon supply orderliness, place colors back in correct spot, keeping kitchen/break-room tidy.
Checklists are provided and available for daily cleaning, opening and closing.
